LTA venue registration for 2019-2020 is now open for venues. The deadline to register to ensure that you get access to all Venue Registration benefits is 30th November 2019.
In order to register to the LTA, all venues will need to comply with six Safeguarding Standards. These standards are the building blocks for helping venues in becoming safe and inclusive. Building on the progress made last year, it will become mandatory that all venues will need to ensure all Level 3-5 coaches operating at their venue are LTA Accredited. Why Register by 30th November 2019?
There are three significant reasons to register before the end of November:
If a venue was registered in 2018/19, then the LTA provide temporary insurance cover between the period 1st October – 30th November 2019 until the venue finds time to complete their registration (i.e. if they were a registered venue in 2018/19 and they complete Venue Registration on 15th November 2019, then their insurance cover will be backdated so that they are also covered between the period of 1st October – 14th November 2019). However, if a claim is made in relation to their venue and a date in that period, their insurance will only be valid if they complete LTA Venue Registration by the 30th November 2019 deadline. If the venue is not registered by the 30th November 2019 deadline, then their insurance cover will have effectively lapsed on 30th September 2019 (the end of the 2018/19 registration year), leaving the venue liable for any claims made from 1stOctober 2019 onwards. If the venue completes Registration any time after the 30th November 2019 deadline, then their insurance cover will NOT be backdated to 1st October,but will instead only be valid from the date on which they complete LTA Venue Registration.
Access to the LTA Members Wimbledon Ballot
To be eligible to access the LTA Members Wimbledon ballot, all venues need to have completed Venue Registration by the deadline of 30th November 2019 and paid their registration fees to their county by 31st December. If both of these requirements are met, the venue will receive an allocation of tickets based on the number of eligible and opted in LTA Members they have as of the 14th February 2020. Please note, in order for the venue’s members to count towards their ticket allocation and enter their venues ballot, they must be a LTA Lite or Team Member, their Membership must be linked to the venue and they must have opted in by the deadline.
Access to ClubSpark
Venues that do not renew their LTA Venue Registration by the 30th November 2019 deadline will have their venue’s ClubSpark account frozen (if the venue has one). Access to ClubSpark is a benefit of Venue Registration, and non-registered venues will be refused access to this online venue management system.

Payment – At the end of the online registration process an invoice will be automatically generated and stored in your venue’s Important Documents section in your admin area. Payment must be submitted to Wiltshire LTA by 31st December 2019 and can be made via BACS or cheque. BACS payment should be made to the following account: Wiltshire LTA: Sort Code 40-47-16 Account No 41367730.
